Montauk Distilling Co, founded in 2013, is a producer of a premium rum, Montauk Rum, distilled from sugar cane or molasses (sourced in Florida), and a gin, Regiment Gin, crafted with 17 botanicals (all sourced in NYS). We distribute to NYS and CT through our relationship with the OPICI Family Distributors. Our clients are liquor stores, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. As a nimble micro-distillery, we can respond quickly to our clients’ needs. We are a reliable, low-cost producer, and give our clients direct access to the distilling team and the partners.
We differ from other spirits’ companies in that we use higher quality, local ingredients, and distill smaller quantities of our “juice.” We believe it allows us to deliver higher quality, better tasting drinks. We are proud that our spirits are already winning national tasting awards.
